This disclaimer explains the limits of responsibility, reliance, and use. It clarifies how AI Credit Analyst should be understood, including the limits of the platform and the responsibilities that remain with Client Institutions.
This Disclaimer explains important limitations on the use of the AI Credit Analyst platform, generated reports, AI-assisted analysis, credit-risk observations, affordability comments, recommendations, sample reports, website content, and related platform outputs.
AI Credit Analyst is an AI-assisted credit analysis and report-generation platform. It is intended to support structured credit review by authorized Client Institutions.
The platform does not approve, decline, price, underwrite, or otherwise make final credit decisions. Final lending decisions remain solely with the Client Institution and its authorized officers, supervisors, credit committees, boards, or other approved decision-makers.
AI Credit Analyst is not an automated underwriting system. The platform does not replace the Client Institution’s lending policy, approval authority, underwriting standards, exception procedures, borrower communication requirements, or credit governance process.
All generated reports must be independently reviewed before being used for any credit review, recommendation, approval, decline, restructuring, consolidation, or other lending-related action.
AI Credit Analyst is not a credit bureau, credit reporting agency, lender, debt collector, financial regulator, legal adviser, accounting adviser, tax adviser, investment adviser, or final credit decision-maker.
The platform is a technology provider and is not licensed, registered, or regulated as a bank, financial institution, moneylender, credit bureau, or other regulated financial service provider in Trinidad and Tobago.
The platform does not issue independent credit bureau reports, assign official credit scores, maintain a consumer credit database, or provide legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice.
AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, incomplete reasoning, calculation issues, or interpretations requiring human review and independent verification.
The quality of any generated report depends on the accuracy, completeness, relevance, and lawfulness of the information submitted by the Client Institution or Authorized User.
Client Institutions are responsible for ensuring that borrower/application information, uploaded credit bureau reports, supporting documents, financial information, income details, liabilities, collateral details, and related credit information are accurate, complete, current, relevant, and lawfully obtained.
Client Institutions are responsible for ensuring that borrower/application information, uploaded credit bureau reports, supporting documents, and related personal information are collected, processed, submitted, and used in accordance with applicable law, borrower consent or lawful authority, institutional policy, credit bureau terms, and any applicable data protection obligations.
Every generated report must be reviewed by an appropriate officer, supervisor, credit committee, board, or other authorized institutional decision-maker before use.
The Client Institution is responsible for confirming that the submitted information is accurate, the analysis is reasonable, the report aligns with institutional lending policy, any exceptions are properly considered, borrower communication requirements are satisfied, and the final decision is made by an authorized human decision-maker.
No generated report should be treated as complete, final, or suitable for institutional use unless it has undergone the Client Institution’s required review, verification, approval, and documentation process.
Use of AI Credit Analyst does not guarantee repayment, portfolio quality, delinquency reduction, default prevention, loss avoidance, profitability, regulatory approval, audit acceptance, or successful lending outcomes.
Credit risk remains with the Client Institution.
AI Credit Analyst is designed for authorized institutional use by approved Client Institutions and Authorized Users.
Borrowers, applicants, consumers, website visitors, and members of the general public should not rely on website content, platform descriptions, sample reports, marketing materials, or generated reports as personal financial advice, credit advice, approval assurance, legal advice, or a statement of entitlement to credit.
Any borrower or applicant with questions about a loan application, credit decision, credit bureau information, or institutional lending process should contact the relevant Client Institution directly.
Any sample reports, screenshots, illustrations, demonstrations, website descriptions, marketing materials, or example outputs are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only.
They do not guarantee platform performance, report content, credit outcome, approval result, institutional policy compliance, regulatory acceptance, or suitability for any particular Client Institution or borrower.
This Disclaimer should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, AI Governance Policy, and any applicable subscription agreement, service agreement, order form, or other written agreement with the Client Institution.
If this Disclaimer conflicts with a signed subscription agreement, service agreement, order form, or other written agreement between CreditVantage AI and a Client Institution, the signed agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
