How It Works

From borrower data to decision-ready credit insight — AI Credit Analyst helps lending teams produce clear, consistent, Five Cs-based credit assessment reports in minutes.

HOW THE PLATFORM WORKS

A structured analytical layer for the lending process

AI Credit Analyst is designed to support the existing credit review process, not replace it. The platform takes information entered by the credit officer and converts it into a structured credit risk assessment report that supports easier review, better documentation, and more consistent lending decisions.

IMPORTANT NOTE

AI Credit Analyst does not approve or decline loans. It is designed and built to support the institution’s own credit judgement, internal lending policies, and approval authority.

STEP BY STEP

The Credit Risk Assessment Workflow

The workflow moves the application from officer-entered borrower information through analytical review, report generation, and institutional decision-making.

01

Enter borrower and loan information

The credit officer completes an online assessment form capturing the information normally considered during a consumer loan review, including income, existing obligations, assets, loan amount, purpose, term, repayment details, employment stability, and collateral or security information. The assessment form does not request or require personally identifiable borrower information.

02

Submit for AI-assisted analysis

Once submitted, the application is received by the AI Credit Analyst Engine, which evaluates the borrower information, financial commitments, proposed facility terms, credit history, security position, and other relevant risk indicators.

03

Apply a proprietary credit framework

As part of the analysis, the platform applies proprietary, internally developed credit risk logic built around the Five Cs of credit: Capacity, Character / Credit History, Capital, Collateral, and Conditions. This guided analytical framework helps convert and interpret borrower data into clear, easy-to-understand reports, bringing greater discipline, consistency, and clarity to the credit review process.

04

Generate the credit assessment report

AI Credit Analyst generates a reader-friendly credit assessment report and delivers it by email, usually within minutes. The report brings together the principal findings, overall risk rating, interpretation, and any required actions or conditions for institutional review.

05

Review and apply institutional judgment

Credit officers, supervisors, managers, and credit committees use the report as an input to their own assessment. The final lending decision remains with the institution, based on its internal lending policies, approval limits, risk appetite, and governance standards.

REPORT STRUCTURE

What the report helps your team review

Each report is designed to help users quickly identify and review the key credit considerations and findings in a single, review-ready document.

CORE ASSESSMENT AREAS

PLATFORM POSITIONING

Designed to fit into your existing lending process

AI Credit Analyst is a focused credit assessment support tool rather than a loan origination or automated underwriting system. It is designed for credit unions, banks, and other consumer lending institutions seeking an analytical capability that can operate alongside their existing lending processes, policies, and approval systems.

The platform helps lending teams move from a largely qualitative assessment process toward a more disciplined, consistent, and evidence-based credit review, while keeping the final decision where it belongs: with the institution.

Built Around Your Team’s Role

1Credit officers continue to collect and review borrower information

2Supervisors and managers continue to apply internal lending standards

3Credit committees continue to decide within approved authority

4The institution remains responsible for policy, governance, and final approval
